All refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card used for payment. Refunds related to website and service satisfaction will be processed with the client’s proper approval. Clients must specify their account details and reasons for the refund to our associates before we proceed. Refunds and cancellations will generally be issued under the following circumstances:

• Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive the delivery email due to mailing issues, please contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our Billing Department within 30 days from the delivery date; otherwise, the product will be deemed received and downloaded.

• Download and Unzipping Issues: If you encounter problems downloading or unzipping the product, please contact our Technical Support Department. If you do not reach out to us within this period, we may consider silence as acknowledgment of a successful download, which will waive your right to a refund for download-related issues. Assistance requests for downloading or unzipping must be made within 30 days, or a refund may be declined.

• Major Defects: All products are thoroughly tested before release; however, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Team for approval. We reserve the right to rectify the error within 72 hours. If a defect is confirmed and we fail to correct it within this timeframe following your initial complaint, a full refund will be issued, or the customer may choose a replacement product of equal or similar value. Please note that temporary access to your server may be required for our technicians to identify and resolve issues. Failure to provide timely access may delay issue resolution, and refusal to provide access will disqualify you from a refund.

• Product Not as Described: Issues of this nature should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 30 days from the delivery date. Clients must provide clear evidence demonstrating that the purchased product does not match its description on our website. Complaints based solely on false expectations or wishes will not be honored.
